Dear folk, I am used this phone by seeing the admiration on gadget portals repot.Finally I ordered this device by SNAPDEAL(order no-106262224319) dated on Feb 2017.When I received my purchase, then shocked to see that company didn’t provided the headset accessories but I negotiated with this.After one month main shortcoming occurred that device doesn’t support the charging function. I contact to REDMI customer support team, they assured me that my device is serviced by their pic&drop facility.Finally they repaired my device in proper way, but my experience is not too good with this device.
