Today I am sharing my experience with this Redmi 3s prime. My real brother had this phone which I also used Sometime. The phone is good in working but many times it cause heating problem.
One day mine phone was under charging, thanks to god I am not using the phone that time. I was doing dinner that time, suddenly we hear the sound of lighter blast and when I saw my phone had Burnt, my Sofa was also affected.
Then when we had complaint the service center about this issue they said ’its your fault may be you used other charger’. After arguement with them they had taken the device for inspection.After some day they exchanged the device.
Its dangerous for us.
