I was a big fan of Mi untill I encountered this issue with my redmi 3s prime phone. Had purchased it on October 2016 and then it has had a lot of issues but didn’t bother much as ever time Mi service center was taking care of it. Little did I know that the issues won’t stop even after warranty expiration. After warranty period ended last year, I had touch screen issues but didn’t take it to service centre and had been managing somehow untill recently I saw my phone bulging from back side. Its swollen so badly that I am afraid to use it anymore. Feel like it’s going to explode any moment. This is something I had never expected from MI. Thought I would be a happy user of MI phone for a long time. But the phone didn’t even last for 2 years.
Please, anyone who is planning to buy this phone be ready to get rid of it after using it for one year.
Really disappointed with the phones performance.
