Most Usefull Review On Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime

Here is my review on Xioami redmi 3s prime.


The after sales services are pathetic. I have 15+ Mi phones in my family. All were bought based on my recommendation as I’m an MI Fan. As recommendation was mine, I have to visit service center every time anything goes wrong with any of devices. Timing mentioned on Mi website is Monday to Saturday, 10:00-18.30 but when you go there on Tuesday you will find people like you who don’t know that Tuesday is also OFF.


CASE 1: Redmi 2 Prime was sent to the MI Exclusive Service Center for camera module problem on 10/09/2016 and it is still there in the service centre because they do not have a part, 3 rounds already done and they say every time 7-10 days, they give a number but never pick up the call.


CASE 2: One of Redmi Note Prime was sent to the MI Exclusive Service Center on 28/07/2016 for charging jack issue they took 30 days for it to fix, when on 29/08/2016 I got mobile back but now there was a new issue with the microphone(gifted by service center), I had to go again they took another 7 days to fix it, now when I got is everything was working fine but now there was a yellow spot on the top right corner of the display(another gift by service center) I had to visit 9 times service center as they never pick the call and every time they say 7-10 days. They’ve failed over and over again and now I give up that yellow spot is still there on Redmi Note Prime.


CASE 3: One of Redmi Note 3 on 17/08/2016 to the MI Exclusive Service Center for the charging problem and again the same story 3 visits and 20 days hold for a small issue.


CASE 4: Another Redmi 2 sent to the MI Exclusive Service Center for the battery issue within six months of replacement period again I got the device after 15 days in 2 visits and got to know that what they all did was reflash the ROM that I can do too. That phone still has the same issue.


CASE 5: I ordered Mi5 and there was a dead pixel on the screen and unfortunately I found it after the replacement time frame, I requested for on Mi social media channel as the device was 13 days old but no longer they response on they social media channels. I had sold that phone just for Rs 17k as I don’t want visit service centre again and again.
