Xiaomi redmi 3s is a mid budget smartphone without any fingerprint sensor. The phone has a nice built quality and feels good in hand.
I bought this phone for my mother in rs 7k from flipkart.
However, the output it gives is not that great.
The biggest issue which I am facing with this phone is the sound reception. The sound sometimes works totally fine. But some time no matter what happens or what you do, it does not work.
The phone comes with mi UI whoch is kind of complex UI for the people who are not aware of that much of detailing in every step.
The phone is not reliable I would say as in the interval of 4 months, the sound output has gone bad and might get worst in the upcoming time.
The design is good and sleek. But the metal finish makes it slippery from hands oftenly.
But the phone is a clear value for money as it comes with quite of handy features.
The phone is in service center and the fixing procedure will take 15 days of time. This is a lot of time for a product the company is taking.
Should improve the customer service.
