Experience with Xiaomi Redmi 4 has been nothing sort of a nightmare.The phone’s performance was good for the first few days but the phone starts hanging and becomes considerably slow upon installation of essential apps related to banking or wallet services.The worst part of the phone is it’s problem of overheating even when the network reception is quiet good.Sound quality of the phone is also extremely poor.Customer support is hillarious who simply asks you to reset the phone everytime when asked about any issue or they simply blame it on the installed app.Finally, after my one and half month stint with this creepy device, I switched over to a budget Smart phone of different brand, which till now is atleast performing much better than this crap chinese device.
