My cousin purchased redmi 4 in Bangalore Rs. 9000/- recently I also use that phone I knew this phone very fantastic options and using. He uses still this mobile no any hanging issue and battery problem. It looks also very well as gold color. For outgoing calls, no need to switch on the data but further mobiles are turned on the data when using outgoing calls.
