Recently on my sister’s birthday I gifted her this smartphone but it turned out that she didn’t liked it . After a few week this mobile became so heated up when she used to charge it .
Without any questions I decided to take it to the service center of Xiaomi but they told that the motherboard of the smartphone is damaged and it have to be replaced . When I asked them the price they said it’ll take 4 thousand rupees and 6 working days.
When said I want to claim my warrenty they said that warrenty doesn’t include motherboard repairs .
This was my experience with Xiaomi Redmi 8
I think 4 thousand rupees is too much for a 13 thousand ruppes smartphone
