Had my xiaomi buds 3 check since its not pairing with my phone which I just bought on the 5th of Aug. Brought it at the sm manila cx service centre & they claimed that the items no longer under warranty stating that it"s been activated April last year. I later found out that the cx service rep made a typo error on the ticket. Items been replaced after 5 days when it shouldve only taken 2 days if they made sure that theyre doing their job properly. Rep & manager never apologized for the inconvenience that theyve caused..
