This is my first personal smartphone. I have purchased this from mi official website during flash sale. I got it delivered in 2 days. It comes with a box containing pin for opening hybrid sim slot and user manual. This phone is available in three variants :
32GB Rom and 2GB Ram@Rs9k
32GB Rom and 3GB Ram@Rs11k
64GB Rom and 4GB Ram@Rs13k
This device is available in various colors which are Golden, Grey, Black.
I have the black one with 32 Rom and 3GB Ram. It comes with fingerprint scanner which is pretty much responsible.
DISPLAY
This device has 1080p full HD resolution with 5.5 inch screen. It can be used for watching Movies and TV shows in Full HD.
BATTERY
It has 4100mAh which last long in light usage upto 2days and with heavy usage at least one day.
GAMING EXPERIENCE
I have a lot games in this device, I haven’t face an issue with its gaming performance. Some games I have played are Asphalt 8, Modern Combat 5 Blackout, Subway surfers etc.
DESIGN
It has amazing design. It has curved screen. It has good build quality.
CAMERA PERFORMANCE
It has 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. It may have less pixels but it’s photo quality is good. Pixels are not only matters in picture quality, there are focal length and many other factors.
SOUND
Its sound quality is good and loud. But we cannot watch movies or videos in a crowdy place.
SOFTWARE
It comes with the Miui 8 with android Marshmallows. Android Oreo is now available but it comes with Marshmallow. Miui 9 is launched for Redmi note 4 with android Nougat but it is in beta version. This will not be any problem for normal users.
PROBLEMS
This device has some problems like:
-It has a slippery body which makes it vulnerable to fall.( A use of cover is Recommended)
-It is difficult to find perfect full tempered glass.
-It has hybrid sim slot so a memory card with two sim card cannot be used. ( but there are others ways to do it)
-It gives best camera shots in daylight but its pics get dull in low light.
-It gets heat up while charging.
This are the some problems you may face but these problems are nothing more than its features in this price range. This smart phone is value for money. Hey by the way I am writing this review with this phone Redmi Note 4.
