I had purchased this phone from flipkart for my mother a week back and I must say, had the worst deal in past 1 year. Firstly, there is no easy availability of the tempered glass for this phone but still I was ok with the purchase until I opened the camera and took a snap. The phone camera, both primary and secondary is bad and now facing many more issues like, the touch not working while charging, one side speaker not working while on call and at times the double tap wake up not working. It has a very low outgoing volume and so the other person is unable to hear what I’m saying.
I tried to return it once too and had 3 talks with the flipkart customer care, which was a mere waste of 30mins over the fake terms and conditions relating to the return policy.
Turned out to be a very unsatisfactory purchase I made.
