This is the best phone u can grab in this price segment. This phone is powered by snapdragon 625 soc many people had this complaint that XIOMI has downgraded as redmi note 3 had a snapdragon 650 soc. But many people do not know that the new snapdragon 625 is based on 14 nm architecture. Which is more efficient and would not heat at all. I like the device. Though it has some cons as well. The phone is missing wide camera lens and its camera is just decent not very good. It can shoot good photos in outdoor lighning conditions but images in indoor lightning conditions sometime seem washed out. Anyway the device is perfect for a budget of 11 to 13k. You can expect nothing more in this budget. Redmi note 4 is a total beast
