Five months ago I bought Redmi Note 4 on flipkart.After watching a lot of reviews I decided to purchase.On paper its specifications are too good no others mobile can’t match it.In my case it works fine. 13 MP and 5 MP camera are work fine, image quality is standard, battery life is decent. But, one day a disaster happened to me, the mobile is suddenly shutdown.I try to restart mobile but it can’t. Suddenly I feels scary and I don’t know what to do.Next morning I went to Redmi service centre, the peoples are not very friendly. I told them mobile problem and they took it for 3 weeks.They fixed operating problem .After that, my mobile is a bit slow, camera quality is not like before. Image quality also decreased, fingers lock are misfire .Battery capacity is rated 4100mph but in my mobile its capacity becomes 2000mph, sound quality also decreased.
I don’t know why its happening to me, but this incident make my mobile sucks.
