I have not been able to use this handset since I bought because both parties not able to listen clearly each other since voice clarity was very bad . When I called people, people use to say that my voice was not clear and asked me to call next time. I visited service centre with handset complaining about voice clarity and blank screen problem when call was being received. I gave this handset for repair for 10 times at MI authorised service centers. They returned handset ten times saying that the mobile was repaired by replacing spare parts and updating software But same simple problem. Basic function of speaking to people is not possible through this phone.I gave it in Malleswaram centre and Maruthalli MI authorised centre TVS electronics centers.
I changed three mobile operators since MI is claiming that this operators network issue. But Voice is not clear when we use in MI note 4 even I used in 3G and 2G options . but it worked in my Sony and Samsung handsets with the same sim and it was shown in service centers.
But problem is not resolved for the past 6 months even after visiting 30 times at service centers and waiting hours together.
XIOMI call center supervisor disconnected my phone call without informing me when me and TVS electronice service centre head are in con call . She simply asked me to visit their authorised centres only N number of times as and problem raised, required and not to contact XIOMI Customer care.
I am asking for refund of my money which they are not accepting .
This handset and support form XIOMI is pathetic. Do not buy any handset from MI. They are not caring team.
