Redmi Note 4 review

Although it has got some really extraordinary features but I feel they forgot to put the "life" in this phone. It sports a 5.5 inch screen and comes with a humongous 4100 mAh battery which could easily last a day. Runs on a 2GHz octa-core Qualcom Snapdragon 625 which offers a very superior performance but the camera even-though being a 13Mp is too mediocre and has nothing special. It has all the cool features like finger print sensor, 4100 mAh battery, etc but it fails overall as a phone. It has only been 4 months and my phone’s proximity sensor has become defunct, the screenshot function is no more functional and the phone is lately facing a new problem of heating for no reason at all. Also, most of the mornings when I wake up I find that a huge chunk of battery has drained even-though the phone was not being used.

No doubt the phone performs extraordinarily well during the initial days but starts degrading exponentially after 4-5 months. The phone lures users by it’s amazing features but actually has a very poor return on investment as it degrades real quick and faces a lot of bugs in the later stages
