I bought the handset in end of Jan 2015 through Flipkart. Indeed its Excellent handset available with all necessary features and enjoyed using it.
Recently I face some problem with on-off switch. it was not functioning property. While visiting the Service station at Vadodara, I was told that they have to order the part, they dont store it locally. While asking how much time it will take, The answer was between 20 to 25 days!
I’m still wondering whether part is going to order from which part of the world that it will take such a hell lot of time. I gave them option that you order the part and let me continue working with handset. Once it available at service station, I’ll replace it same day. But they refuced streight way.
Tell me, Which person is able to work without handset for 20-25 days? is it a worth buying?I had no choice but to submit it with Service station. Coutdown start from today for 25 days.Pls think rationally before ordering the handset.
