We bought Redmi Note 7 in Jun-2019 and set has not worked even for more than 2-3 months. There has been multiple problem but most recent problem has been with Software. Whenever we update software or install any app, the unit gets stuck at Redmi Logo screen and remains stuck. We lost all our data and settings and apps for three times and every time they just re-installed the software blaming us for the errors appearing in their defective set. Now when we have claimed replacement under warranty due to manufacturing defect, their whole customer service organization has been trying to find reasons to void the warranty or not honor it with shameless gimmicks.
Suggest not to buy any Xiaomi/Redmi product.On the surface it may look to be very flashy with full of feature with nice camera but when it comes to reliability, durability of the product as well as customer support.they will literally make you cry and you would end up spending your months chasing this company with most shameless and un-ethical attitude.
