I had visited mi service centre as I had problem with my mi account - I had lost my password.
On submiting my phone I told the mobile engineer the issue he told he will reset my account will take 30mins for that.
When he came back he told me that he has reset my entire phone system due to which ky phone has now lost my imei number.
Anf after loosing my imei number this engineer says he will have to replace yhe mother board and that is the only possible way to get the imei back. The cost of a brand new phone is 8500 inr and replacing mother board will cost me 5300 inr according ti service centre.
After wasting my time for almost a month with visits to mi service centres and writing mails to online assistance to mi team I am not provided with any help from your team just pushing the blame on one another. Online team says to get the Service report from service centre.
Now I got my phone imei problem fixed from a local mobile repair shop and I had paid only 300/- for this.
According to mi service centre team my phone needed a motherboard replacement that will cost me 5200/-.
Mi team is so pathetic and so unprofessional just to make money you people have started cheating. Im sure if I would have givn my phone at service centre for mother board replacement you guys would just fix the software and lie to clients saying u replaced the board.
The most pathetic unprofessional useless cheap fraud crooks are running this company.
Shame on mi service team. Shame on mi brand. Shameless people.
I will never ever buy any product of mi brand.
