HELLO FRIENDS, I am using this phone from 1 month and i’m telling you after my experience with proof. Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is the worst I even knew . The speakers are of low quality, when ever I play is high bass music it start to make unclear tearing sound. you wouldn’t enjoying playing a high base music on this phone.
The battery levels also take a hit if you play games for more then 20 minutes. I’m games lover, from my opinion this is a smart-phone suited for Games. I charge Redmi Y1 for 4 hours to get a 100% full charge and it would go down to 0% in less then a hour of use. If features to have 3080 mAh battery life, well I don’t believe it after using it.
It also update to MIUI 9, its beta version may be. I am not sure.
look & feel:
Screen is good, its 5.5 inches, resolution is only 1280*720 pixels. Design is good it looks metal body
but the plastic is all over, but with a clear case the phone looks great like metal.
Its not all meant for multitasking. When ever I down games and play on it the device stop responding . I could get a battery phone then Xiaomi remond Y1 in this price range.
