Xicom Technologies is one of the worst companies. It has the employee strength of just 50 people. At the time of offering projects it promises to deliver the quality projects.But after a few months, the sales team of this company keeps on mincing their words and make a false commitment about meeting the deadlines on time. This company says that it has best consumer engagement model but I believe that there is a huge difference between "what they write on their website and what they deliver at the grass root level".
This company don’t even stand by to its commitments. Due to the lack of proper work force in the company, the project manager named Sushant Shrivastav keeps on derailing the process of project delivery. Secondly, the communication skills of this project manager are so bad that in the midst of the conversations, he keeps on using wrong English words which makes the whole client to company conversation experience a big turn off.
I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company because these people may put your hard earned money at stake.
This named Xicom Technologies is amongst the worst IT companies located in New Delhi, India. I have outsourced 10 web development from this company but till now it hasn’t delivered any one of them. I am really pissed off by their so lousy attitude and would recommend every off shore developer to look out for another company, if you want to get worth out of your investments.
