Selection process at XL Dynamics is nothing but the st. It is just an excuse to eliminate a candidate without relevant experience or qualification. I’m sure I scored almost 100% in their lame aptitude test as compared to other dumbfs who couldn’t even complete it. I was the only one asked to leave after the test and I’m sure it was all set even before the start of test.
A girl from HR carry an attitude of a hell(she look stupid and sound dumb anyways). It was a worst experience I ever had in any interview. Such employees reflect the quality and image of this organization. No wonder they have vacancies throughout the year since their attrition level is on peak high.
Don’t bother wasting your time and efforts to attend that s*t interview process. In the end, it is just a disappointment.
