Xl dynamics is a fraud company. One of my friend gave one month notice period after completing 11 months
But one day all of a sudden while she was getting ready for office in the morning.
HR called her and told her not to come and d reason given was " You r gonna leave dis company in the next month itself do why don’t you leave it right now only so that we dont hv to pay u for this month itself "
After that one of my friend was on maternity leave and when she was back from leave they told her to leave d company despite of d fact that she submitted all d hospital documents in the office
Just make sure, things like this don’t happen to you.
