Seriously speaking ... it’s a waste of time in working in XL dynamics. The senior management treat u like dogs .
HR people are suppose to be humble n polite .. but here they scold u like anything. My frnd was working there as analyst (US Mortgate ) and he was sacked for a pity reason that his college results were declared and he just logged in to chk his result . HR came from behind and started scolding him that " I will screw ur career " n all .. my frnd apologized and said HR ppl are to be soft spoken and he was fired.
So frm this u can see.. how the work culture is of this company. Have u ever noticed that Analysts positions are always vacant in this company through out the year .. this is because this co. has the most number of attrition rate .. ppl just cant tolerate this behavior after a time .
