I signed a contract with this company to prepare a website for our company. Their executive Mr. Jashandeep signed a contract with us for a dynamic 10 page website on 07/June/09.
I was promised the following features:
1) 10 pages website with flash & Video.
2) Upto 1 GB space.
3) FTP & Access rights after completion of the website.
4) E-mail ID’s according to requirement. On June 13th, I was presented a sample page which I rejected as not up to the mark. I mailed Mr. Jashan & Kawal(guy looking after my project), a sample page & some corrections which haven’t been presented to me till date. In August last fortnight the same sample page(1 in no.) that I had rejected was put online without any corrections.
Due to the erroneous details & unpresentable outlook I had to unhook that page from my domain name.
Now the current position is that Jashandeep has left the company & no one in the company, including the owner Mr. Navneet Gujral, is willing to honor the agreement. Kawal is no more answering my phone.Gujral threatens me to do whatever I can.
I’ve lost Rs. 9000 in the whole deal & not to mention the loss of mental peace & prospected business that I’ve lost because of the absence of an operational website. I caution others to stay away from this bunch of unprofessional people.
