Xlri is one of those few business schools that allow you to develop team skills and not get lost in the rat race. If there is one thing that differentiates XLer’s from the rest, it has to be their superior softer skills.
XL life gives you ample opportunity to develop your skills in mutiple areas be it academics, extra-curriculars, paper-writing skills, etc.
The small batch ensures that we stay close to each other and know each other by first names. This closeness has helped seamless knowledge transfer across batches.
Its not that XLRI doesn’t have it’s share of misgivings. The Administration could have been more helpful, the library can also improve, the faculty also needs a facelift, but these are problems that are there in all institutes, XLRI being no exception.
Yes, we may not be getting the best placements, but here at XLRI, we know we are good but have to improve in certain areas. We are gearing ourselves to meet the future challenges in front of us!!
