Hello friends, just twenty days ago, I bought this Xolo Era 1x from flipkart. Flipkart delivery was good, I just placed my order and received the phone after two days. I was really happy to have this low budgeted phone. Charger, Screen Guard, Headphone, Warranty Card was given. That was okay. But just after 3-4 days, it started to hang. Whenever I started a video to play the mobile hang. Even I also lost my screen visibility. Video was not playing, only mp3 was playing, I could not see any videos. And when I put the phone in charge for charging there was a heating problem. The mobile got heated too much. I immediately call their customer care no mentioned in warranty card. They told me to visit their nearby customer service centre at CIT Raod, just near Anandapalit bus stop in North Kolkata. They fixed the issue. Again just coming after home, I faced same problem. So I consult with my friend and decided to return the phone to Flipkart as there was a ten days replacement scheme. Then I returned the mobile to Flipkart. Please don’t buy this rubbish phone. Just Waste of money . You can buy more better phone in this price than to buy Xolo Era 1x.
