I got mobile phone XOLO Q1010i online. The phone screen cracked on its own in 12 days. The phone was covered under protection plan. I called up customer service and they collected the phone for repair on 16th July 2014 with a commitment that the phone will be returned back in maximum of 12 days. They did not even provide me a replacement handset as per their service terms.
At this day of 2nd August, the phone still lies in their workshop. Now they are saying that it will take 10 days more to get the phone repaired.My advice is:Never buy any XOLO product.
