Don't gamble with your money on Xolo phones

Everyone knows this company doesn’t have anything in the name of customer service. And you may feel you can compromise customer service for the great price you are getting for the decent spec’d Xolo phones. I did too but I have paid dearly with my time, money, peace of mind and sanity. It’s just not worth it.


I had ear speaker and power button issues with my Xolo A700, so I took it to the nearest service center in Malad, MUMBAI. They simply took my phone and told me to wait for 15-20 days. When I did not hear back from them, I called up the service center number. I either got busy or no on picked up the phone. So I called up the call center number, and they told me they don’t have any update on my case even after a month.


So I went to the service center. I was told they have not received the parts but they’ll try to fix the phone using parts they already have, so I should come back after 2 days.


When I went back after 2 days, they couldn’t find my phone. After searching for 30 minutes they gave me my phone. It was missing the power button! So, they told me come back after another 2 days.


This time I got wiser and called the service center before going there. When I finally got through, they told me they are still working on it. I should come after another 2 days.


By this time I had completely given up on the phone and just wanted to teach these guys a lesson. So I went up to the service center with the intention of taking my phone back from them and destroying it right in front of their eyes. When I got there, after making me wait for another half hour they gave me a phone which from the look of it I knew it wasn’t my phone. I immediately checked the IMEI number and for sure it wasn’t. When I told them that this is not my phone they insisted that it was and IMEI is different because they changed the motherboard! I just couldn’t fight these bunch of a$holes any more. So I took whatever they gave me and came back.


When I got home and checked the phone, it’s missing the Wifi and Bluetooth chips! They gave me a fricking BRICK! Bloody Mother F^>kers!


SO UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR SANITY LIKE I HAVE FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS, STAY AWAY FROM XOLO.
