I have been a big fan of XOLO and purchased XOLO q800 and Xolo q 700 for my self and suggested XOLO Q 1000 to my brother and XOLO Q 1010 to my friend, but my current experience has been a bitter one. Within the use of 7 months only, my XOLO Q 700’s battery is swollen up.
Its in that bad a condition that even if I will use it once it will burst, I have been searching for the battery from the last two months and it is not available anywhere in the market or any of the service station. I have searched it online as well, went to one of the biggest mobile and accessories market "Gaffar" and to my surprise keep the battery part a side, even the mobile cover for Xolo is not available in the whole market- while surfing website "GSM ARENA" and "PHONE ARENA."
I came to know that I am not the only one who is facing the similar problem there are lots of other XOLO customer’s facing similar problem with the same handset and still XOLO is mum. I regret that I selected and suggested XOLO - I should have gone for Micromax Mobile? Or any other mobile brand at least I would not have to suffer this much.
I have been posting and requesting XOLO to suggest me where can I get the Battery but no replies on FB that clearly suggests that XOLO is least bothered about its existing customers - XOLO YOU HAVE LOST MY TRUST- WOULD NEVER GO FOR XOLO AGAIN NEITHER WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO FOR THEM!
