I bought my Xolo-Q700 in Oct, 2013 in 8900Rs. I was feeling good with mobile, but within 3 months it got unlocked by its ownXolo security software. XOLO care told there is no solution other then formatting it. So, whole data was wiped for their own mistake, and I sufferred.
After 4 months of this, there battery was swallon and about to blast. Its size got doubled withiin 7 days of malfunctioning. I went to XOLO care, they said company has not released any battery since a month and it was not available in local market. I searched online for Original battery but not available. I ordered a battery of 800 Rs.
After some time(marely 1 month), within warranty battery, the software there was some issue with display. I went to XOLO care again, they told it will be sent to XOLO company and will take a month. OH MY GOD, how these people expect their customer to wait for display for one month?
Now, I have faced the worst problem. Whenever I am starting it showsENCRYPTION FAILED error, it was sudden and had no option. I was in Bangalore, and they have their support center too far. I bought a new one and then went to service center. They told that the CPU/motherboard needs a replacement and it will be in 2800 Rs.
Now, I need to throw it in dustbin as its value is already declined. Hell.
You bas*rds in XOLO, wha kind of services and devices you are making. I have not used the mobile for even 1 year and this ruined my days.
