Since, if anything happens and you find your self, after searching for the service center, standing behind an angry mob shouting at the service person, all the airy-fairy reviews will suddenly sublime of your head which motivated you to go for this SMART-PHONE!
This was my personal experience. Its not only true for Q800, that I own, but any Xolo model, since I saw and met numerous customers(thanks to my 4-5 times visit to the service center) with several different models, all harassed, frustrated and feeling guilty of buying that phone.
But of course the features are great, in this price range. That is why I would say if you have a spare smart phone that you can use when your Xolo will sit in the service center for indefinite time, then of course you may buy it.
Otherwise please buy a branded more reliable one. If you can spend a little more, spend, if not then go for a lesser feature. But youll be save form the mental torture(every week I call them, they say the same thing "please wait for another week"). Please save yourself from dealing with consumer court.
