I purchase a XOLO Q800 mobile from ebay. I faced a problem of lowest incoming sound from the xolo. I then called ebay person. He redirected me to Xolo Customer care. Xolo customer care members are always busy. You never get a talk to the in first 10 tries(minimum.).
Later after the complaint booking they requested me to deliver the phone to courier service. It was for free.
The I once again fought for a month.
Finally I received the phone with all good specs.
