I had purchased **XOLO A 800** (Rs 11, 149) mobile from Flipkart. It was working so so but its touch screen got damaged and customer care told me it to send it their collection center M/s Ideal at Noida.
I had given to them on 26/06/2013 and till now I have not received it back. I followed up rigorously, sent numerous mails made, so many calls but always got standard answer of "it is under repair" whereas other mobile center replaces the screen within 20 minutes. I fail to understand, and under stress and subjected to mental harassment as it is going to be nearly 3 months. Xolo after sale service is very very poor, please do not buy any mobile from them.
Also please advice me how to get back my mobile from them?
