When I joined this company as a fresher I had no knowledge about telemarketing. But I received a good training and finally when I hit the floor, my TL was also very supportive towards the newcomers. He used to correct our mistakes and communicated with us is a very friendly manner.
I will not say I have never given him a reason to complain. But even when things were wrong he never lost faith in me and motivated me to give my 100%. The only office problem I ever faced was in biometric attendance but that too was corrected by the HR.
Now I manage a team and know how tough it is to keep calm while facing tremendous work pressure. I thank my former TL and Xplore as a whole for providing me with such a mentor.
