To All who are thinking of joining Xplore-tech / Fusion Bpo services Kolkata, Park Street company:
I would like tell you some real facts that you should know and consider before joining this company & spoiling your whole career and life too:
1) Directors: Mother F___s, these two guys will always address you badly with SLANG WORDS like "SUOR KE AULAAD", "Mother Chod" etc. but they forget that they both are these things themselves and represent themselves that way when they utter these slang words.
2) General Manager - Ritesh Chakraborty - No. 1 CHU_IA admi, he is the main culprit who always gives advice to these 2 directors on how to plan politics against others, screw others’ lives at Xplore-tech / Fusion bpo offices and how to blame a person when she/he wants to leave this company. He is also a BI-SEXUAL & HOMO SEXUAL guy.
And full technical & bpo Team knows about it and discuss it. He always exploit ladies (irrespective of old or young) like the Training manager lady in his cabin at Park street office. LADIES BE AWARE! you are the next victim. IT/Security team’s manager and 2 of those SECURITY TEAM ENGINEERS all 3 are this person’s chela and allow him to molest them at Park Street office to get salary without working as one of you have mentioned in the previous review. Ritesh likes to squeeze your pennis too, be careful seriously.
3) HR team - Once again no value, their only work is to follow the direction of Ritesh Chakraborty.
4) IT Team manager - No.1 TOTHLA....usko kuch vi pata nehim sirf vauktha rehta hain.
So guys you now know the real facts. Consider this guys first before joining this company at Kolkata. If you like these guys character, then please join them and enjoy your life.
