Xplore-Tech has poor management, HR Managers never talk to the agents, no communication between managers and agents, very poor yearly appraisal................. like barabazaar, company policy is to work with less agents as much as possible. IT Security Persons are useless, they watch online movies with agents on Saturday/Sunday. They sleep in night shifts. There are few agents who became "dada" over there.
