Gross lack of management, inhuman work hours, NO transparency and honesty with salary and incentives and bad transport management.
There’s a lot of mismanagement of money from top level and employees are over-stressed and over-worked for 6 days a week for upto 12-14 hours a day; sometimes for 7 days a week.
It was a regrettably bad experiance especially for the runaround to get the salary after resignation which needed a threat to file a petition to the Human Rights Commission as I was kept evaded for 4 months before they finally paid off 2 months of salary.
