AFTER having at least 10 cases I am writing this NEGATIVE REVIEW against Xpressbees courier.In one word this kind of courier should be blacklisted from Shopping sites.
In case any irresponsible shopping site still using their service. Simply contact the grievance department of that shopping site and complain to them. NOT just for resolution but totally ban their account so that customers should not suffer.
If it is pathetic shopping site like Shopclues.com wherein no toll free number. no chat support. no supervisors. Nothing . only paid number and that too irresponsible staff. You may not do much.
But, upcoming sites like Paytm. Snapdeal once escalated they take some action.Xpressbees not only irresponbible courier as you can see thousand of complaints in the very less time.
NOT only fraud as many customers complaining.
It just crossed the limit. Even their supervisors are worst and rude fellows. Total staff is rude and they don’t know anything. Whenever we get courier using this site. It simply goes from one branch to another branch and they term as "misrouted". That misroute does not stop in a day. That continue for many days and even after many complaints you may get call from Pune office.
Manager will tell you. It will not repeat again and apologize.BUT, do not believe this lazy fellows. They are simply taking money to trouble to the buyers. Lot of inconvenience.
ONLY because of Xpressbees worst courier service. I have stopped purchasing from FIRSTCRY.COM website. Complaint two times and they still sending using Xpressbees and when research it is learnt FirstCry is sister company of Xpressbees.
So, whatever may be reason. Why should we give opportunity to this kind of useless service.I order very frequently and my order from Flipkart. Amazon get deliver in 24 hours. Sometimes even in 18 hours or less but, if I shop from Shopclues that take 10 days. ONLY because of this kind of worst couriers. Xpressbees couriers.
Stop purchasing from websites that using this kind of courier service. Xpressbees should be blacklisted instantly.
