The service of logistics may not be good but if you ignore or dont care about your service then is really worse. the same happend to me in with XpressBees. This logistics have its buggy website which dosent provide you with proper or prior information of the delivery. They dont even have a good tracking facility provided to their customers.
They dont know how to deal with the delayed service or not even feel sorry about it.
Customer service - The customer service was worse like a governmet operated logistics maybe can compare them with postoffice service or maybe the postoffice service is better then them.
Staff courtesy was bad on call but the delivery guy was good and regretted about the delay and he had thr answer more then any other person I connected with.
can use the service further but only if I had the only option of XpressBees
