Firstcry and its subsidary Xpressbees is a fraudster company.
Reason:
Their website shows that my Order no:116546OUC2010607 with Tracking number#2BB04147229 as DELIVERED on 3rd Feb 2015 which is FALSE
I usually don’t tend to follow up on my orders, however just because I had to gift this, I did a follow up and found that the website shows as delivered.I called and confirmed the same from Xpressbees fraudster courier also.
If Xpressbees fraudster courier company tells that because of a fraudster employee this happened, it doesn’t mean that they are not to be blamed, same way, If firstcry says that its not their issue.then this doesn’t makes sense.
I have logged an Issue Ticket no#1012742, so let us see what happens.Once I get an update, ill update mouthshut also.

Hi,
Xpressbees is a company well known for its false updates by the Fraud and Liar delivery guys in the system
Reason:
Their website shows that my shipment id#1227171387119 from paytm as consignee not available which is FALSE
No one from xpressbess called me came to my residence, I have 24x7 cctv recording to prove that
This has become a habit of xpressbees delivery guys to put false updates
This is happening repeatedly, please review my previous issue in mouthshut

It is 20:12 now, 9985143821 called me and stated that he cannot deliver now.I conveyed that my only issue is the false update he is entering i.e. "Consignee unavailable"
In between I had already called up customer care and spoke to their lead called Bhushan who had again promised that he would have the delivery done today but it has failed again
