I had purchased a product from shein and the courier service was xpressbees ..the product was divided into two ..I got the 1st package at the right address and was waiting for my 2nd package ...my home address was the same ....and now its been two times that this courier service is messaging me that my office /residence is closed...when I got the message also with a phone number ...I tried calling the number ...the number comes switch off ...then I called the xpressbees office ..they gave me address for self pickup I went there ...guess what there was no office ...they gave me wrong address...and again I called the xpressbees office they gave me a no I called the phone came switch off ...and now on the 16th Oct 2019i got a message again that my product will be delivered again I waited again the same thing residence closed HOW CAN THIS BE WHEN IM WRITING THIS MUCH HOW CAN MY RESIDENCE BE CLOSED....ALL THE INFORMATION THIS COURIER SERVICE GIVES IS WRONG...SOME PEOPLE IN xpressbees office call GETS IRRITATED Im confused I could haVe cancelled my product ...but they send me a message that product will be delivered but again after that residence is closed
Please online shopping sites dont chose this courier service Im having a lot of trouble ..its been more than a month facing this problem
