Hi, this is nagesh, I work for a company engaged in marketing and services, our suppliers send the materials to us by cargo. We have used Gati Cargo, DTDC, VEGA, VRL, Blue Dart, XPS and etc. We have very bad experience with XPS not one time.
Always they deliver the materials after the assured date is over. I am giving one example how xps cargo works
If you send any medicine through XPS, they will deliver the material only after the patient is dead. XPS Toll free no. is no one is answering. The main problem is the people who are working in XPS are don’t know the local language and local areas, without the local knowledge how they will delivery the materials.
I not suggesting, I request everyone not to us XPS Cargo services. If you use you will be in trouble. If you want to use Cargo service use BLUE DART, GATI or VRL. I hope this information is useful for you.
