I’d ordered a personalized jigsaw, I were in contact with them for 4 days, after that they stopped taking my phone calls, not replying to my emails. till now more than 10 days passed. I paid through credit card, still not got order. will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from xtees. I dont know why they are happening this, but one thing I want to say that they aren’t professional at all.
