I had ordered two T-Shirts from this website and realized how bad the customer service is even before receiving my shirts. I had ordered T-Shirts from this website on 24-Jun and till today, I haven’t received anything. When I write to their customer care they tell me that the T-Shirts will be delivered tomorrow(04-Jul), but for this website, tomorrow never comes.
If you go to this website then you will see them promising an express delivery of products ordered from this website. This is not true at all. I had to write several mails to their customer care to find out that the T-Shirt will be sent today(07-Jul). There is seldom any response to emails from customers. There’s a very rude person named’Manoj’ who can literally shout at all customers. Customer care had earlier promised me that the shirt will be sent on 04-Jul which never happened.
As I am at office during most of the day, I had requested in the "Special message" box that this package be delivered to me on a weekday but if the package is sent today, it will be delivered to my office only on weekend, making me miss it again.
I have never been more disappointed with any other online service.
My suggestion: Stay away from this website.
