As the title of movie indicate return of xender cage. Xander cage seems to be dead but it is not actually happened. In the movie Vin diesel as in Xender cage.

xXx is a programme created by Augustus Gibbons in which secret member of the programme are play in the field for security of the world from dangerous elements.
I feel whole movie is based upon security of world. Specially focused on the box called "Pandora". This is a device which is very dangerous in case of security and also have bad used to control the satellite.
I think hollywood movie have some ideas about our technology our invention that how secure we are with these technology.
I think that is the main idea of this movie.
In case of movie
Movie is full of action and used of advanced technology. Movie started with crashing of satellite in brazil where Neymar Jr. and Gibbens seems to be dead in the crashing of satellite in brazil.
CIA got that pandora box but Dannie yen his partner theft that device from CIA headquarter. To get that device back Mark traices down Xender cage. Xender cage refuse to take help of military. And he want work with hus friends. Xender cage found the Pandora box ar Philippines but Serena destroyed the box.
Then suddenly they knows that there is another satellite is crashed down. That means there is some one who controlling the pandora box. So both the xxx group want that box. Again they are in the mission and finally got that "pandora box" and destroyed. At the Gibbens and come to alive means they survive in the satellite crash.
The beautiful moments of movie when Vin Diesel said to a boy "always listen your heart".
And all the action part us mund blowing specially skate board and bike in the sea.
I love the movie. Deepaka acted well as required.
I hope more hollywood movie with bollywood actor.
