Y-Axis is one of the worst immigration service provider. The consultant from this firm Mr. Kishore Kumar called me every day convincing me that I should pay for the Canada immigration services. I was told that as per their Initial evaluation, I am a good candidate for Canada Immigration and I was called every day( two or three)times a day.I am US-based and I will get Whats app calls from him every day regarding payment.
I Told Mr. Kumar that I have to get the Educational Credentials verification via WES, I have to clear IELTS and also my wife has to clear IELTS and without clearing any of the required tests/evaluation I can not pay. I was told by Mr. Kumar " Arey yaar kyaa aap kee wife 5 band bhee nahin lay payenegee?" I told him, yes she can get 4 also, and how can I pay before her and my test results.
I did not want to pay but he called me multiple times, advising me to pay, he also said " aap chinta mat karo, aap ghabra rahey ho, aap kay prospects bright hain". After his bugging for two months, I paid him on an unfortunate day. I did tell him multiple times that I do not want to pay before I and my wife clear IELTS exam but I was pressurized by him and his repeated phone calls.
I gave the IELTS test and I got an exceptional score. My score was 8.5 Speaking, 7.5 Reading, 7.5 Listening, 7.0 Writing. When I shared my IELTS score with him, I was told, my listening score is low, it has to be 8 or above to get extra points.
I was never told at any point by Mr. Kishore Kumar, even before the IELTS test that I have to strive for 8 on the listening test.
When I told him about my score, I was told, that my score is low and I should reappear for the IELTS exam. I confronted with him that I was never told about the requirement to get 8 on listening and I am not going to reappear for the test as the test costs around$ 385. I asked Mr. Kishore Kumar that I am not interested in applying for Canada immigration as I am not ready to give IELTS Test again.
I would like the Y-Axis to refund the money that I have paid. I did tell him that as of now, Y-Axis has not done anything for my case as per the deliverables promised, They are just holding the money, I would like to withdraw and would like to get the money back.
I was very persistent and even my wife spoke to him about our intention of withdrawing and Mr. Kumar did agree that as per the agreement Y-axis has still to deliver and would have delivered after the submission of the required documents and I am withdrawing before that, I will be eligible for a full refund.
I told him to please talk to the concerned department. Mr. Kishore Kumar did not talk to the department instead he pushed me to Mr. Mohamad Asif, Mr. Asif lied to me that my Job code qualifies for the PNP program and filed my application for Prince Edward Island. I was told that once I submit my documents, I will hear for the immigration agencies within three months and that is the usual turn around time.I was not convinced about the process as it seemed to be a trap but again, as usual, I was told that my job code qualifies me to apply for PNP program and my chances are very bright( THAT WAS ACTUALLY A LIE)Once they filed for the PNP program, the job was done.
After that day I did not hear any word from Mr. Asif, I called him multiple times, left messages on Whats-app, I was never replied. I even sent emails to Mr. Kishore Kumar but he did not respond.I went to Delhi center I was told that he will call me and provide me regular updates but it was far from reality.
My brother went to Delhi office, he was told that Y-Axis will change my process consultant but that did not happen again. My nephew called them but they did not respond.
I am in deep pain, and I have been cheated by Y-Axis. They were very rude and insensitive and they have not only disrespected me but they have also disrespected my job. They are insensitive people.
If you are reading this and if you have any questions regarding this firm, please do yourself a favor, email me, I will call you and share with you how unprofessional they are. Do not throw your money away by choosing Y-axis.
