Most of the case managers appointed for you would in hindsight be managing at least 8-10 clients and hence would have no idea as to how to handle individual queries. They would just blindly read out from their database trying to match their database with the client’s concern! Completely disorganized. Absolute waste of money. In case you raise an issue and opt for refund, the refund would be an eyewash because it wouldn’t be proportional to the list of deliverables agreed. Its like paying 50000 and getting a refund of 15000! They would justify that a significant amount of money would go to’Administrative Charges’!They would argue to the world that they agreed for a refund but you really need to weighw in about whether the refund actually justified their responsibilities! Its an absolute NO!
