I read most of the yaadein reviews written here…but I knew that a movie made by Subhash Ghai (guy who gave us Pardes & Taal) couldn’t be that bad. So I went to see this movie with an open mind…previews come up and then the movie starts…like the starting….then we have Isha’s Cycle competition…its okay I am still liking the movie…then interval…feel stupid… that why was she yelling in Malaysia to tell her family that she is in love. Pass the Dot.com promos & switching back n forth to India & London.
I think Subhash Ghai was confused on what to make…he mixed so many things…this movie could’ve been made wonderfully just with one thought… how to raise 3 young girls after their mother dies. But no...in Bollywood we need love story~ a hero, a villan & repeating 1 song over and over again.
Story is simple yet confusing and stupid :~(
Jackie Shroff’s(Raj) life’s shattered into pieces when his wife dies and he is left with his 3 daughters. His wife’s last words were…TO MAKE FRIENDS WITH HIS DAUGHTERS.
Avantika- Oldest…she is nice and she is married to Ronit’s friend.
Sanya- Spoiled daughter, wants to live her life her own way.
Isha- Youngest…Daddy’s little princess.

Ronit (hrithik Roshan) is their best friend. Ronit & Isha fall in love but there families had different plans for Ronit. Amrish Puri who craves for money…sets Ronit’s marriage to Monishka (Kriti Rathod) whose dad owns a big company…..skip all the songs and stupid scenes Question is:
Does money rules over love or love rules over money?
I think that coves most of what the movie is about…
PROS:
~Hrithik Roshan is def. A plus point in the movie…his acting skills, dance skills.
~Jackie Shroff is good in couple of scenes but he tends to over act in couple of scenes.
~Kareena was also good
~Songs like~ E dil ki dooniya, Jab Dil Mile, Chanda Tare …were couple of songs that fit the movie..rest of the songs were just put in.
CONS:
-Confused Story
-Bad Editing
-Climax was stretched too long….
-Movie kept on moving to India to London. Which was very confusing for me!!!??
ON THE WHOLE…MOVIE WILL DO OKAY BUSINESS. And I think u should see the movie at least once.
