I bought Alpha on 27 April’15, till now it ran 1500 KM. So far it gave me average 53-55 kmpl with 70% highway.
And 30% in city area with maintaining 30-50 kmph speed. I observed engine heated up a bit more compare to activa but not a worry.
Slight vibration from 20-30 kmph speed in initial 1300 KM. As engine performance design is very much linier go gradually with accelerator to avoid vibration and for better fuel efficiency.
For FE 50+ Maintain Speed 30-50 kmph.Use either HP power or Shell power fuel for initial 3000 KM to built engine. Change engine oil at 800 KM, 1800 KM and 2800 KM initially. Change transmission oil at 1000 KM, 2000 KM and 1500 KM initially.
