I had never written any review till today but decided to help others to take decision based my experience, if they are planning to buy Yamaha Alpa.
This is my first review. I was using Mahindra Duro earlier but due to low mileage I have sold it out. After my long research I freeze my decision to go with Activa.
I went to showroom with my wife & she insisted to go with Alpha. This was horrible decision taken. I fueled around 1.5 litre & there was around half litre petrol already when I left showroom, so approximately there was 2 litre petrol.
But to my surprise, vehicle was stopped on road just after travelling 43km of travel due to out of fuel.I thought that this is first time so engine would have consumed more petrol.
I again filled up full tank(around 4.23lt). This time also 85% of petrol was consumed (basis fuel indicator on scooter) after travelling just 80km. I went to showroom.
They have some setting. Let us see how it goes. I would write my review after few days.
1.Lookwise: Not good than activa.
2.Breaks: Not impressive.even worst that duro which I was using earlier.
3.Fuel consumption: Pathetic.
4.Weight: Light weight.so it doesn’t have good hold on ground.
5.My advise: Go for Activa or TVS Wego.
